WAYS TO REGISTER

  1. Applicants are requested to complete enclosed Registration Form and mail or fax it with proof of payment to: International Conferences Company.

  2. Register online at http://www.affm2010.com , kindly fax a copy of both sides of your credit card (Visa / Master Card) to Sunny Days Tours  Cairo - Egypt ,+2 02 25 25 62 38.

In case of students and residents, written statement from Dean of Faculty or Director of Institute must accompany Registration Form.

Fees include full registrations, Scientific sessions, exhibitions, coffee breaks, attendance certificate, opening ceremony and social program
